You probably know what goals or changes you desire but might not have found the clarity or motivation for how to get there.
This is where I come in.
I’ll partner up with you in exploring the importance of this change, and then guide and support you in developing the strategies, confidence and habits that are meaningful to you.
My training as a certified Health and Well-Being Coach from Duke Integrative Medicine has prepared me to support you on your journey of designing a life that lights you up. I'm excited to work together!
This type of coaching is for women who:
Are curious and ready to find the courage and trust in themselves to take a step towards their dreams.
Recognize the importance of listening deeply to their own needs and not always pleasing others.
Realize how inaction in one area of life can inadvertently affect other areas.
Seek clarity and hope to create their own state of well-being.
Feel excited by testing out their wild and crazy ideas.
I will help you uncover:

What additional resources and support you might require.
The steps that are right for you and fit with your lifestyle.
You will come away from this session with a sense of clarity, confidence and actionable steps that can be implemented right away.

I will be checking in with you about your progress in implementing the steps you came away with from our Discovery or previous Navigation Sessions. You will uncover:
What you have accomplished since the previous session(s).
Any insights you have gained from taking the steps.
The challenges you may have faced.
What needs to be adjusted to move forward towards your desired goal.
You will come away from this session with new insights, motivation and actionable steps to keep up your momentum.

What does a typical coaching session look like?
These one-on-one sessions will last either 60 or 30 minutes and will take place over the Zoom App. During our time together, I will use mindfulness, visioning, thought-provoking questions, deep listening and brainstorming to help you move forward.
I will provide a confidential, calm and non-judgmental environment where we will explore an area of your life in which you would like to make a change. Please also find a quiet, distraction-free environment to ensure full focus and presence.
