This is a topic dear to my heart as food has been an incredible source of struggle over my lifetime. The outside voices and cultural conditioning had caused me to expend unnecessary energy on food choices and stay stuck in a resistant state. I knew I wasn't accessing my full potential on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. 


It was three years ago that I came upon parts of the the Human Design body graph that depicts our unique digestion plan. I've been incrementally incorporating this wisdom and noticing how my body has stabilized, leaving more room to savor life. This sense of freedom and ease is what I wish to share with you all so that you can also learn the best way to alchemize the nutrition of food but also experiences, information and life! How we digest one thing is how we digest everything. 

You'll receive a curated pdf where I write about HOW you are best designed to digest plus the super sense that will help you in selecting your meals (or any input that you take in). I will not tell you what to eat but rather, share the conditions or circumstances under which your digestion can be optimized.
